Wow wow wow!! Where do I even start?! Carrie is simply amazing! From the very beginning when we were discussing our favourite meals, to her creating a bespoke (and totally perfect) menu for our wedding day, to the tasting she organised for us, where we got to try her absolutely delicious food for the first time, and then the real deal on our wedding day - just wow! The stressful few days leading up to the wedding, were made far less stressful by Carrie being around, nothing is too much hassle or a worry for her, and she made the setup so much smoother.
