Catering life’s moments,
big and small.

I’ve loved food from a young age. Growing up, I would watch my grandma feed the family without a look of stress or a bead of sweat, she took it all in her stride. And she did it all for the love of bringing her family together. I can still picture the look on her face as we gathered around the dinner table.

That same passion drives me today. For me, cooking isn’t just about food it’s about helping people switch off, be present, and create memories with their guests. It’s an absolute joy to be part of those moments.

I’ve been a chef for 21 years, working both front of house and back of house, right up to Michelin star level. What I love most is how food brings everything together: different ingredients, each with their own unique taste profiles, combining into one harmonious dish.

​

Food is nostalgic  it has the power to take you back to a moment in time. For me, it’s the smell of a fish and chip shop – instantly comforting and full of memories. That’s the magic of food, and it’s what I bring to the menus I create.
